I think its based on the room you get caught in. Press T and go invincible and have her follow you to a new area, then turn off invincibility again and let her catch you there.

is it to just press the "t" key or do i need to do another thing first. And how do i know that i'm invincible?
When controlling the MC pressing 'T' should just bring up a menu, you cna turn the effects 'on' or 'off'
