Apart from Anna and 2 events in dance stage I can't see anything has developed yet. Not blaming you for anything but is there something I missed in the game?
Nah, you didn't miss anything. The summer was a bit of a rough time and I got barely anything done most weeks. Hoping that the situation will improve now that summer's over again. I'll try to release a Halloween update for everyone by the end of the month.
