Thanks for the extra details. As it only happened the once, it sounds like your suspicion in regards to avast interfering may be the case. However I will keep these details in mind in case anyone reports a similar issue.
As for the elevator issue thanks for the report. That was an issue with how off-screen objects were handled, this should now be fixed.
