Yep, right now it has to be tuned low since you can access the various areas from Lv1. Bosses currently feel easy because they were largely designed before Onyx's mobility was increased via dodge / slide, and because machine gun jab is pretty overpowered against them. They'll be getting an additional layer of attention.
