Hello, I have just sent an e-mail to the one you registered under regarding this. It looks like you have (at least) two accounts -- very likely you have been logging into one, paying for access, then the next time logging into the other one that you didn't subscribe on. If you reply to my e-mail, I can remove one of them so it is less confusing if you like.
On that note, I don't have any record of you reaching out via e-mail or discord to sort out the issue or alert me to the problem. I am traveling this week for BLFC, but please do reply when you have a chance so we can get it sorted out. It's important to me that players have a good customer experience when purchasing game access and that they're able to get the full month they have paid for.
