so.... how do I get the list back? I ignored the warning and went back to the "base" and now I have no server options... what do I have to do to get them back?

assuming you're on windows, you need to go to
\\HKCU\[whatever your account SID is]\SOFTWARE\Adam Pype - Viktor Kraus\No Players Onlineand then delete the key that starts ENDING_
