Hi! Is there any possibility to use more than one effect at once? For example Static Noise + Monochrome?
No, there is no such possibility.
There is only an option to enable, for example, monochrome + screen shake (Since they use different layers)
Thank you. I think I can just change tilesets colors or bind map to pictures using other plug-in and place them underneath the character after editing it to monochrome.
