Nice and easy to learn reaction game! It would be comfortable to be able to just click with the mouse again if you want to play another round instead of heaving to use the keyboard. And to save even the need to press "start" you might just display the current target's colour along with everything else, so you can just rinse and repeat "shoot", "play again", "shoot", ...
