I liked this game despite not really being appealed by the description. seemed like another noir game and it really baffled me about being in unity instead of renpy but by the time I got use to it and it was getting interesting it stops. I was wondering if this project is put on hold for dogma, if this is considered finished or if you are doing both at the same time.

i was asking me the same question as you last sentence here, because one game seems to be 0.3 and the other 0.1.
when i look at all the other projects on this site that have been in dev forever im sharply questioning if either of those two games will ever be finished tbh. it seems most people cant even finish one game, let alone two simultaneously
i guess im gonna keep them in my collection to check back from time to time

You're asking all the wrong questions as a player
Do yourself a favor - read the devlogs and compare the amount of content across updates. Wrath 0.1a has, like, 3000 renders — that’s straight-up 3-4 chapters of a regular game
And seriously, talking about what a dev might or might not do? That’s the last thing a player should even worry about.
Most of these games survive thanks to support. If you're not part of the crew backing it, there's no point in speculating about what other devs can or can't do
