It could be a setting. For example, if you selected Android version 11+ inside Construct and your phone is Android 10 it won't install. Android phones tend to give idiotic, rather than helpful messages when it can't install an app.

By the way, the Google verification thing is simply a form you fill in to state who you are and where you live. It wasn't complicated. That in itself shouldn't have gotten your account closed unless you simply ignored the request.

I think the minimum version I have it set to is 7, so that's not the problem.

It's less a verification issue but rather an issue that came up during the verification process. Apparently they couldn't verify my account because you have to be 18+ in order to be a dev on Google Play. How wonderful 😊 

You have to be 18+ here too, if you publish things. This is nothing unusual.

Publishers affirm that they are either more than 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent.
