She loves strategy when she helps the player to level up. After that, it is enough for the player to simply get the treasures on his own, because the higher the level, the easier it is to deal with opponents.
Collecting treasures is a slow process, though! Just as grindy as learning skills... in fact, I find it more convenient to learn skills by training Faylen, than to run around cleaning up all the rare chests I missed.
