This is very strange. The game was tested on different devices and everything worked just fine.
What input device did you use? Keyboard or gamepad? Can you test both?
Actually, it should work with both, but this might help figure out the problem.
Also try switching between windows using Alt+Tab, maybe the game doesn't have focus after launch for some reason.
