Harem Hotel is a visual novel, so the focus is on the story. There are hundreds of sex scenes though, and I'm only one person (and male), so adding sounds would be quite challenging and take away time from the story.
Tbh the majority of nsfw vn games ive played over the years didn't have sound, I think it's pretty standard as Runey said in the past, it's not a porn game but rather more an adult vn so its mainly story focused :D
