So i've completed almost everyones questline except for Alice. I never get a prompt besides asking her "how are you?" no matter if it's the hall or computer lab. The quest log for "A girls new clothes" is blank as well. I started on v0.13 and have now switched to v0.14 but the problem remains.

This enables the developer console. Then load your savegame and press SHIFT+o. This will open the developer console.
Enter the following line there and press ENTER:
$ alice_quest_progress = 1
This resets the quest.
