Very interesting game idea, I found it really cool, and reminded me of the best parts of ARGs. The gameplay is a little rough around the edges, but the story and atmosphere round it out nicely. Great work!

Gonna sound wierd, but make some assets smaller. The gameworld is kinda big for what it contains. Also, you can just straight up walk through some assets. The inventory system is a very nice addition, and works well, but after you trap the enemy in the basment, some items duplicate (reset maybe?), so you can pick up multiples, and it messes with the usage.
