Thanks for the fastest response ever! I use Copper Cube 6. Well, I just need the asset with animations already attached to it, that's it and this one, I try to open in Blender, but the animations don't play either.
I have adjusted the FBX file to be compatible with your game engine. You can download it; the file name is SmallDog.Fbx2.zip It contains the dog model (.fbx) and the texture.
