Is the auto detect mode enabled in QGO ?

From where do you start the Youtube app ?

So I deleted and reinstalled your app. It seems to be working now! I did delete YouTube VR yesterday and reinstalled it, but that didn't help.

While I have you, can I ask if the USB debugging message will pop up every time I use the device or just on restart? Thanks!

Okay, I saw your problem, you set Youtube as QGO shoprtuct IMO.

Please go in QGO settings in shortcut section #2 and then remove the shortcut you put ;-)

And for the other question, yes it happens on each device restart. It's how Android work
