Yes - just click on the "Reset XP" button or something in the profession/class screen. You'll keep all your progress, but you can repick the profession.
Ok thanks, but it definitly costs progress or at least XP, as it reset them from Level 5 to 3, but it's fine I guess.
The XP is tied to the class/profession you have. If you had level 5 Barmaid, you could still only be a level 3 Novice.
