Does it get disabled permanently or just for a while? I think it might be disabled during one storyline and maybe after certain checks, but I at least didn't mean to fully disable it.
On Android at least, after the point where it warns about disabling during that particular storyline, it stays permanently disabled. I'm well passed that point and it's been disabled for me since then.
