So far it's really good

The graphics and sound design takes me back to PS2 OG Xbox era

The movement and control response is smooth and sharp

Character customization is middling, but still covers enough. Devs maybe would add more species later.

One character creation issue; I couldn’t find a way to spin the character model around to check back/tail looks, or side view of face.

-

Controller support is available, but is still limited, even when rebinding. [Used Xbox controller]

Two major issues; D-pad is not detected and lock-on is finicky.

I tried to map the D-pad to functions like the skill bar, but it didn’t pick up at all.

Lock on requires the crosshair to be directly on the target, easy way for the devs to fix this is to increase the radius of which an enemy can be ‘highlighted’ by the crosshair

-

Other slight issue is when opening the inventory/skills/other menus; pressing the same button doesn’t close the menu, I need to press ESC on my keyboard

-

In short, it's a very promising game and I hope work on it continues.
