Huge fan of this game, love the depth of character and intimacy for all the people you interact with.
That being said, I have no idea how anyone chooses to follow Kate's path with Isabelle. I was able to piece together what happens with context clues and items that exist in the game but weren't used in my playthrough, and the more I learned, the less I wanted to know. Eventually I caved out of morbid curiosity and used chapter select to see what the scene was like, and I don't think I've ever been so soft during a scene in this game. It left me feeling like I needed to throw up out of shame and guilt, and I couldn't even finish watching because it made me want to rip Kate's teeth out.
I'm sure some people out there have a fetish for this kind of thing, but holy hell did it get my blood boiling. Not many fictional characters elicit this response from me, so I'm glad that I can give Kate her "Just Deserts" with the Dethroning the Queen path.
Felt the need to voice this. Still wouldn't change a single thing about this game. But holy hell I want to have some kind of redeeming ark for Kate. I hope the moments of Glory aspect of the game starts to flesh out a redemption route for Kate's twisted mentality.
