I don't want to put too much data in front of the player (will scare most casual players) so that's why i keep some level of obfuscation, at least for now. The color of the thumbs up is scaling with the expected satisfaction.
Parlor reputation only affect the number of customers (and reputation rank affects rooms/items/race available).
Satisfactions only come from the Girl and the Room.

Satisfaction does impact tips a lot, it's pretty much the only factor. The Customer will always try to pay the base price of the girls, which is according to her level, if they have any money left they might tip depending on their satisfaction level (their max tip is the amount showed on top of them).
