heres how to get milf:
- challenge akarion, and win via ringout, dont transform him.
- befriend and face rhianna in ch2, chose to play aggressively in order to lose
- go to elami, and chose to "discuss motherhood". durring this discussion, chose to agree with her. afterwards, select her "ask to experience motherhood" option. she will then ask if youd be willing to contribute 3 influence to "go all the way". if you give her the influence, she will TG and MILF you, if you refuse she will only TG you. this should unlock it in the gallery.
