How do I update the game on android? I have a save thats only a few month old, but it's out of date and I don't want to lose my progress.

Of course you can transfer your saves to new versions !!!!
In the main menu, go to "load game", then click on "export" next to the save you want and choose where you want to save it (usually this is disc C - User - "your user" - AppData - Roaming - Godot -app_userdata - BDCC - folder
saves. Update the game and play.
On Android, just download a new version of the game, install it, and the game itself will update, the saves will remain. You can also play in the same save on different devices by simply transferring the save from PC to Android and back again.
