enjoyed it so far, wonder how I can exit from each project in telescopes? ESC key doesn't work for me. I'm on Macbook. thanks!

also was unable to find catalogue or menu by clicking Esc (or any other keys in fact) .. will try download windows version to see

For Mac; would you try to restart your machine and try again? Occasionally Macs can have an error where the ESC key is disabled on a system level, and a restart usually fixes it. Looking into otherwise, though.

Please do report back if you had any issues on Windows, too.

thanks! i guess the ESC issue on my mac still persists .. i tried to download windows version on my Parallels desktop but it's too laggy so unable to test it:( .  is it possible to have any other key that leads to menu/categorie/exit each perceptiscope project?

We've uploaded new builds in the last 24 hours, hopefully there's a fix in there. In earnest, we can explore alternate keypresses to open the menu, and will do so at the very least to attempt to debug the issue. Though, Perceptoscopes are entered by pressing Z. There should be no key press required at all once exiting and returning to the gallery, you should just return to where you were with free movement. There was a fix for this specifically in the 1.1 update, just to say. I can not personally replicate the issue, but am keeping an eye on it.

oh thanks for the update! i will try again  - so to exit the perceptoscope, i just need to walk to where i enter it?

To enter a Perceptoscope, you approach it and press Z. To exit, you use the ESC menu and select "Return to Gallery" - though, as reported, if you can't access ESC Menu, you won't be able to leave the Perceptoscope. As mentioned, we'll explore alternate inputs to exit Perceptoscopes outside of a menu, though, ideally, we'd have you able to access the menu in the first place!

got it! i just downloaded the latest version and unfortunately the ESC key issue persists, will try to figure out my laptop but thanks!!

good news i just figured it out, happened to restart my macbook once more and ESC works!!

Oh, great news! Yes, I've had the exact same issue personally many times, and for whatever reason, a system reset seems to fix it. Glad it was resolved! Enjoy!
