I personally don't journal but my wife is bipolar and I think this might help her... and maybe me too so thank you its an amazing and covered all of its bases I'll let you know how it works for her later when there is a chance to test it

just so you know it did work we tested it on Christmas, she was lonely, I think there are a few situations it wont work for but it is a great starting point to find the root of the problem
