You can't directly access the save folder, but you can use the option to export saves from the menu on android, and then use the import option on any other system to import that created file.
So Imported file are only available, but saved files not automatically transfer in data folder. Is there any chance that you can add this on next update? Android users most likely lacking of this features in game.
