Go to your inventory, switch the category to weapons or armor, and then select a unique equipment piece. The item will give you the option to add augments based on the slots it has in that screen. You can't select the augments themselves first to put them into something, nor can you add augments in the "equip" screen where you change the equipment of characters..

I assume even the current SFW version would be questionable and would require some more content to get skipped or censored to make it possible.

You'll need at least version 24.09.24 for the next update files, but since the release was bugged, I'd adcive to install the hotfix if you want to play before the next version.

The import/export in the game is just for save files, since you can't access the save folder on android by normal ways. The game has to be installed on the new phone with the .apk in the same way as on the previous phone.

The newest android versions have an export/import feature in the menu to create copies of save slots and move them to other devices.

You select "Export" in the menu, type in the number of the save slot you want to export, and then you select where to save the file. Then you transfer the file to the other phone, and use the import option in the menu to get the exported save file integrated into the game on your new phone.

You unpack the zip and merge it with the game files.
(Make sure you don't skip versions when using update files, as they only contain the files that have been changed since the last full public release. The version number of the release they're for is always mentioned in the file name of the update files.)

Download the newest update 24.09.29 from a few hours ago. It'll fix that issue.

Either you haven't unlocked the marriage system yet, or the events with the vanguard forces aren't advanced far enough.
Once you have those, talk wiht Elly for the next step of her events.

Use the "export" option in the menu to export your save file, then you could use a mail app or connect your phone to your pc to transfer the save file and do it on pc.

Have you updated to the newest game version? There was a bug one or two updates ago which prevented progress in her event. After updating, speak with Ellanore once more, and then check in front of the clinic again.

No, there is currently no SFW version for android. It's worth a thought if one should be made at some point, but I think you're the first person to ask for it so far.
A roundabout way to get a SFW version on android would be to install joiplay to play the windows SFW version on android.

I uploaded a new .apk (marked as version 24.09.25) with the menu options changed to fix the problems with selecting your character. The status, skill, equipment and formation options are in their old spots, and the CG room and skilltree options are now in the "Options" menu. The "Party Menu" sub-menu option was removed.
Please let me know if everything works as intended now.
 
Depending on the feedback, I'll apply these changes to a new upload for all other versions as well tomorrow.

Apparently, this is a bigger problem on android, as swiping up/down or left/right doesn't work to change characters. In the equipment, status, and and skills menus. I'll probably adjust the menu and place those options where they were before, so that this won't stay a problem.

It goes directly to the character you last selected to change equipment. With the "picture up/down" buttons can you switch between characters.
It seems like a lot of people are confused by this, so I'll check if I can or should change this to show the previous screen to allow selecting characters as before.

The test version of the time skip isn't in the sparkling book anymore. After finishing the current main story events by talking with Varea, you get an event that unlocks the time skip screen. Try to advance the main story.

You have to talk with the blacksmith Knocky in Ebron during the quest. After her dialog, you need to go to the Dhranholl mine in Begus and finish the Access Permit quest to get into the mine.

I assume you need to increase the levels of the vanguard squads before you can get the events of those vanguard leaders.

In the hellhound dungeon are also corpses or holes that you can loot, but the loot is always random.

I'm not sure which still you mean, but you could check Brad's skill tree, and the laboratory for optional skills.
The only other ways to get skills are events or with equipment. I don't recall such a skill on a weapon, but maybe I just forgot about it.

Else, if that was a long time ago, there is also that option that the skill was changed or removed at some point during the development.

Steam should update automatically. You don't have to change files or move saves yourself there. 

Maybe you had to restart Steam on the patch day to get it, if the update was released while Steam was running.

There is no other content for level 100+ yet, so there isn't really a need at the moment to grind higher. Once more story and quests are added, the levels will increase naturally while you play the content.

What bug appeared? What happened?
If you saw the cutscene, then it probably disappeared because you're on the next step of the event now. Check the map for other icons in a different location.
