You need Sandra in the party, the main story event dialog with Commander Walcot to get access to the Dhranholl mine, and Moriko's event need to be advanced on either her good or bad route.
After she moves to your castle, and you talk with her there, the character Rhethos will appear in front of the clinic in Aldlyn and start the quest "Trouble at Mount Alberrane" to advance the events of Ellanore.

Make sure you finish all events in the pre-war and war phase first. The post war phase won't show her events if you're missing content that happens before those events.

The pearls are for the skilltree of the female adventurers. For the next update, I added a bonfire to each of the maps they can travel to, which players can use to access the skilltrees of the female adventurer characters.
1. What side are you on? Rebels or goverment? What does Mike say when you talk with him?
2. It's currently bugged. Normally, when you select the skilltree while with the female group, you automatically access the skilltree for the female members. But since the icon to enter the skilltree was moved to the fast travel screen, which can't be entered with the female group, you can't access at the moment. An oversight that I'll fix for the next update.
3. Elly's skilltree is supposed to be complete. If there are problems, then please let me know the details of what exactly is not working.
It's a bug that was caused by a change to the quest system a while ago. The quest numbers were changed, and I missed to change the quest number for the command to mark the quest step as done. It shouldn't happen anymore in the newest update, but if the quest was started before the issue was fixed, than it's possible for people to be "beyond" the fixed part already in their saves. I added a command to the door of Akai's workshop to mark the quest as done for people with this issue. It'll be uploaded with the next release.
You could try to turn off the auto-saves in the options menu. For some people it causes the game to freeze when the save is created in the background while you do other things.
It's possible to enter the laboratory on the worldmap where you walk around with your character. In the laboratory, you can talk with the scientist to enter her research screen. Don't worry, some things did change quite a bit over the years, so it's no surprise that someone who comes back after a long time is confused by some of the differences.
Does a file with the name "happy-upbeat-fun..." exist in the www/audio/bgm folder, or are you missing the entire file for some reason? You could try to download the full game again, to see if it works with a fresh download. If that works, you can copy&paste the content of the www/save folder from the old game to the new game folder, to be able to continue your progress.
I uploaded a fixed version for windows, to fix issues with some graphic card issues that were caused by the performance changes. Sorry for any troubles this has caused.

I guess that part wasn't clear enough. The 1-50 for Tiena, and 51+ for Frozen Queen is about the random dice roll mentioned earlier in the part about the ice raid in the wiki. It rolls from 1-100 for many events in the ice raid, to randomise what outcome you get. In the case of the two boss enemies, this just means that there is a 50% chance for either of them to appear. It has nothing to do with your characters levels. Sorry for the confusion.
- For Vampire's challenge, you only have to survive for long enough. The bat will eventually run away, and you get the reward without having to finish the fight. That's why there is no usual "victory" screen with the rewards. - If you escaped from one of the ogre fights, the hexagon should still be on the floor and allow you to do the battle again. You need to win all three battles to finish the challenge. If there is no more hexagon, you might have solved the challenge. Then you might be missing one of the other challenges.
If that is the case, can you send me the .rpgsave file from the www/save folder with the number of the save slot in which you have the issue to Naughty-Netherpunch@web.de so that I can take a look at it?
The other people in the area give you the hints to figure out which of the hats and beards are wrong or right. You need to put on the goatbeard and cowboy hat to solve the riddle.
The new upload version 24.12.26 for android solves the issue and returns the old progress.
Please be aware that saves from the bugged version will not be visible in any following updates, so if you want to continue your progress later, you should update and play with the newer version and not start a new save in the bugged version.
The PC version is fine, so I assume they used the bugged android version for their upload. But I have nothing to do with the upload at Gamcore, so I can't say what exactly they did, or fix it myself.
For my better understanding, did you install version 24.12.20, it caused you to lose your progress, and it's still not back after installing the new version 24.12.21?
Try to use "The Unarchiver" app from the Mac App Store. The default option to unpack the .zip of some mac system changes some file types automatically for whatever reason, and can cause such problems. Or did it work fine in the past for you, and it's a new problem?
It's available in act 2 of the time skip phase, after you had the events with Lucilla in act 1.

There is an npc in Lalizan in Dorgania who explains the stone plates to you. The dialog is necessary to be able to active the stone plates in the rest of the world, and to use them for fast travel. Other locations are activated through events, so you can get them even without this dialog.
You can scroll down the list to see different types of items. But I think the item was in the "usable" section, however, since the last update, there is an icon on the fast travel screen to select the thieves guild and teleport there without having to look for the item in your inventory. It's also possible to walk to the thieves guild by using the same path you took the first time you went there.
After advancing the main story, which goes past the dialog with Varea that used to mark the previous end of the story, you have a sparkling note in the meeting room on the right side of the sleeping chambers in your castle in Aldlyn.
You have to use the present icon in the bottom right of the CG room page "Main Chars" to replay the "Christmas Scene 2018". After watching it this way once, the CG scene will also be counted as unlocked for Ryoko's scene counter and scene selection.
The command center is a big building between the vanguard's barracks and red keep. You need to construct it on the country management map first, before it can be accessed. For the construction itself to become visible, you have to research the command center in the laboratory first. It's the star icon below the upgrade to country tech level 2.
