No confirmation on that, but it is definitely post chapter 5 is what I heard.
Oh, still i hope he will be back because im really curious how Tex is going to react (i saw that Tex said Cloud left with those friends or Something like that to the two racoon Brothers.) still im happy to Hear about chapter 5!
