If you have experienced Clippy, I would appreciate it if you could take a screenshot and share it. People are afraid that it could be a virus.🤔 if you know that is is not a virus, then why do you keep saying it. That it is not, just wondering it makes it a lot more odd imho, considering clippy has been used in the past to do fradulent stuff as well.
Additionally do you have the right to use the name clippy and replicate the exact animation and look of the software ?

First of all, this is the first time I’m hearing that Clippy was used for fraud in the past. You might be confusing it with BonziBuddy.
Secondly, the reason I keep emphasizing that this is not a virus is to prevent people who genuinely want to try it from being misled. Claiming that software is a virus without concrete evidence is neither fair or helpful to others.
And finally, the commercial rights to Clippy (Clippit) were acquired by Microsoft in 2021. But as far as I know, the original 1997 version of Clippy is free to use. It is still widely used as an internet meme. Additionally, there are many projects that include Clippy.
