Just got a Trojan warning when extracting the latest free download. Perhaps a false alarm related to the file name.

This happens sometimes with RpgmakerMV games. But I will scan and re-upload to be safeEdit: Saw your edit, and that looks like a classic false alarm. But you can delete the zip file if it makes you uncomfortable, it won't affect the game.
