The core mechanic is pretty nice. 

I could see it improve if you could change the strength by the length you drag away from the player. This would make it so the player can react faster and more accurately. Currently the player has to wait when charging making it a bit boring.

Still I enjoyed playing this game, cool submission!

Did you find out about using quick consecutive strikes to gain insane speed? I never saw anyone else play, so i have no idea how fast they actually get ;D

No, I guess I should have experiemented more! :0 I clonked agains multiple walls after one mega charged swing and then sat on the ground for 3 seconds charging my next one, repeat.

With another well timed attack you can not only keep your speed up, you can even add the speed you managed to charge on the way.
