About the last part, the game in the 3rd round and it goes one turn you and one turn the dealer the rope gives you a free turn so what happens is that the dealer uses the rope ends his free turn then he gives himself a heart card and so it could be seen that he plays more. and the one who starts first in the rounds is simply the one who goes next in turn so if the dealer gives himself a heart card in the last card of the deck she will start the first turn of the new deck :0
