You want to play a story? Suuure. You want to "play" for the story, yet you don't want to "play" for the story... Make up your mind. You click in both a normal VN, and a Sandbox. Go read a manga, manhwa, webtoon. You won't have to click. If you're only there for the story that is :)
Sandbox isn't random clicking, you're simply to dumb to know where to look & go. Eternum you're also clicking, but aye. There's a literal Sandbox in Eternum. (EX: Search mansion for clues, Wolves / Vampires, and more.) Go off though (Called me dumb, yet Eternum is part Sandbox).
I want to know what your problem is with using your fingers just a tiny bit, you know what they're for right? You're such a wuss you can't click on an icon, and *boom* story pops up. You'd rather say "This game is a Sandbox, be warned." You really warned everyone buddy.
You're truly missing out on many Visual Novels that're Sandboxes. DM me if you want recommendations.
