Why did the game I purchased, which required downloading about 13G of content, get stuck at 1.2G and fail to complete the download?

We've gotten reports of this build taking longer than expected to download. Please check + try the following to resolve any issues you're experiencing while launching the game:
- Do you have at least 7 GB of memory and disc space on your computer? If so, and the issue persists after restarting your device, please try deleting the game from your computer and then downloading it again from your itch.io game library.
- Try temporarily disabling any antivirus or firewall software on your device during the launching process.
- If you have other devices available to use, you can also try downloading the game on a different computer to see if it launches more easily.
- If all fails, please reach out to support@alterstaff.io and include your device specs so we can look into it.
