This game is a buggy mess and instead of just taking like two or three months to address these issues they are just get ironed over with other problems making the problem even bigger stop releasing content and fix your game
At the level of progression there is no bug that can cause any form of blocking, if we talk instead about missing renders caused by the launcher, we have said several times that it is in experimental face, launcher and game are two separate things.
That is why both the android launcher and the full version are available, depending on the needs of each player.
I'm using the PC version of 0.94 (I don't even see a Launcher option for that) and have noticed some missing and out-of-order renders myself. I particularly remember the first meeting with Sheila near the end seeming to look at the wrong characters, and then the first visit to Dusk City very clearly getting out of order then having entirely missing renders.
I'm replaying from the beginning since I recently re-found this project, and I don't remember those scenes being as jarring when I first played through them.
