Do you also mean inventory items and hotspots with magnifying glass? I get only text for those, not voices. Well, anyway :D It's just a minor detail.
The development console shows following error (maybe related):
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

yeah for inv items there is also VO, when you hold the mouse on it long enough. But you may need to enable it in the settings. It should be a different thing than that button audio. I am quite sure this demo version already has spoken inspect texts as I wanted my kids to be able to play (one of them can not read) but I may remember wrong and this demo does not yet have that feature! Sorry I am on my pho e and can not test immediately to make sure.
