the game is hard enough to filter people not willing to put in some effort.
technically infinitely re-playable but if you are talking average campaigne length per ng+ its about 20 hours once you get through the initial learning phase and leveling and if you've optimized the route you plan to take and have some preparations from previous ng+ you can get through in about 4-6 hours possibly less but this requires optimized planning and some rng to ensure you don't get so many negative encounters although running the game this fast will drain how much money you have quite a bit
