Yesss, jasmine flowers are sooo underrated! I totally missed an opportunity to add some flower symbolism to the game T~T Also, thanks a bunch for the spoiler tag explanation~ I’m gonna give it a try and hope it works—fingers crossed! UPDATE: IT WORKED YAAAAAAY <333

Yep, the pixies really don’t care about anything except one thing: getting Sev’s life essence. Each of them has their own plans for it, tied to their personal motivations and sin arch-type. But here’s the catch— Sev’s emotions have made the essence all negative, so now they’re stuck trying to figure out how to deal with her. They could try being nice and shifting Sev’s perspective so her emotions aren’t so messed up, but naaaah— these pixies are too far gone themselves to bother.

Kai totally brought this mess on himself with something shady he did back when he was a leader. (The twist is gonna blow your mind, hopefully XD) Sev’s situation is rough, like really rough, but don’t count out the grass strategy just yet, there’s still hope! And hey, worst-case scenario, she’s flambé FSHGJFSGFJGFJSDGDJ

About Rosario— so glad you think it’s clear! Someone I had as an editor (who bailed in less than a week, btw) wanted me to spell it out more, and I was doubting myself. Like, is it really not obvious? So hearing that it lands is such a relief! Especially since I’m done tweaking the demo and was so not ready to dive back into edits again XDDD

As for the “milking Sev” thing… uh, yeah, it’s technically on the table. It all depends on which pixie would be most motivated to go that route. Think about their personalities and goals— who would go for a method like caging her, overworking her, or making her their personal slave?

And don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. She half-blinded Adonis in the demo? So, yeeees, you’ll totally get to fight back. Curious to hear which pixies have the possibility of dying LOL

If you’re fighting the pixies without powers, it’s like… a hard 0% chance of winning. Some won’t fight you, so there’s that, I guess? >u< If you’ve got powers, your odds jump to about 3/10, and with some clever psychological manipulation, you can bump it to 5/10. But if they don’t have powers and you do? Now we’re talking— 5/10 chance, or even 7/10 if you’re playing it smart. So yeah, it’s not all doom and gloom… maybe…

(Phew had HTML problems …) Dont worry about the flower symbolism we already got Rosario, as beautiful, passionate and especially thorny as a red rose (his name means rosary in Spanish and Italian, how ironic knowing who he is …). And by the way, is Kai’s earring a lotus flower ? In some religions and cultures, the lotus symbolizes purity, detachment from the material world and rebirth. A hint maybe ?

Sighs if only the pixies spent their time studying psychology and therapy instead of maximizing the art of evilness … it would be better not only for them but for Sev too.

I’m already afraid about what Kai might have done like, wow, is it THAT BAD ?! What must he have done to get ostracized by the embodiments of evil themselves ? Also noticing the scars around his mouth … Punishment for what he have done maybe ?

We’re laughing about flambé-d Sev but then I see the cannibalism tag on Yulen’s route and yup, Sev kebab might become a real thing.

Also, concerning about whether things are clear or not in the demo I think they’re clear enough. And even so, personal opinion, if everything was 100% explicit and obvious then it would remove the pleasure of thinking, interpretation, pointing hidden things out, connecting the dots and conversation about said things. (And also if everything was laid out in the open then I wouldn’t find new things to say every time I play the demo)

… now if I go to the trigger warnings section, I’ll guess it’s the red haired leather fiend or his old one-eyed buddy. Sev really cant catch a break even out of medical school 😕 Realistically in a fight with no weapons ? Im getting turned into shish kebab by everyone. But in a fight using wits, weapons etc it’s true that Adonis got half blinded. His reflexes doesn’t seem great so just saying, he can kiss his other eye goodbye … And I could possibly take Yulen in a fight just because he’s the one who annoyed me the most, overcoming obstacles by pure pettiness. For anyone above 180cm except Adonis I wouldn’t even try. (Not the unsure « maybe » after the it’s not all doom and gloom ☠️ it’s so over for Sev)

Also how long is Rosario’s hair since the majority of it is hidden ? This is very important to me

Interesting fact, I actually considered writing down DID (Dissociative identity disorder) for Rosario in my earlier drafts! I’d planned for his dual personality to be called ‘Floreta’— one side would be super flirty, and the other would be really prudish, which would leave him conflicted about his emotions. But, I ended up scrapping the idea in the end LOL

Also, oh ma gawwwwsh, you caught that with Kai! I don’t think there’s anything hidden from you anymore, haha XD You’ll also notice that the same flower design shows up on his tattoos. As for the meaning… well, I’ll leave that as a little mystery for now, but you’re definitely on the right track. As for what he’s done, it kind of depends on the person’s perspective. He made a choice that seemed like the most heroic option, but it ended up isolating him even more (feel free to take a guess!).

Imagine if the pixies actually went to therapy, though! Helios would probably turn the tables and be like, “Why must one satisfy your curiosity?” Yulen would definitely flip the table. Merka would totally exaggerate his sob stories to win the pity party. Adonis would either praise or punish the therapist, depending on how they respond. Kai would stay silent, of course, and Rosario would try to seduce the therapist to get them to spill their secrets instead. As for Shyloh… well, that’s for you to theorize! ^^

I see you’re really rooting for the Sev kebab, huh, Jasmine? XDDD Adonis does have the disadvantage of being half-blind, but I’ve got an amazing horror CG saved up for him—you’re going to love it! <33 As for Yulen, you could definitely try reverse psychology with him. The more you resist, the more he’ll enjoy it. Just play dead, and you’ve got a shot. Another option is Helios— he doesn’t really like getting his hands dirty; he’s more of a delegator.

By the way, I’m super curious— how many times have you played the game by now? You keep finding new stuff every time, and I spent a solid 4 months actively working on hiding them all FJSGHFJSGHFJSGFJ

That idea of alter Rosario is making me think. Seeing that Rosario is very capable of rape, I wonder how his more prudish alter would have taken accountability for what the other one did. Or maybe they would have both used rape but for different reasons/goals ?

No, there is still something hidden from me and its the meaning of the faces of the painting. Ill have to think extra hard … as for Kai, I think he have probably done something disrupting the heroes/villain order, or maybe something having to do with the whole painting.

Maybe taking these guys to therapy is a bad idea, would probably result in the therapist going to therapy themself. Adonis kinda cracks me up, hes really acting like a teacher when he’s the patient. And if the therapist say something he doesnt like he’s straight up getting the whip out.

Now knowing Shyloh, he’s probably going to sing the glory of Sev during all the session and may crash out if the therapist might suggest that it’s not healthy.

Well what can I do, I’m craving for kebab, but I can also use other types of food, how about Sev méchoui ? And omgg can’t wait for the CG of Adonis getting what he deserves let’s gooo !! Even if there was no CG like this I would have drawn Sev heroically taking his eye out anyways. So with Yulen we can just bore him to death, seems fairly nice.

And also, might not try that on Helios, his face is too nice to mess up :( Im also biased as you can see and I love his Regina George type of personality Im not going to lie he destroyed Shyloh with the power of words

So, I may have played the game in its entirety 4 to 5 times, if I don’t count the many times Ive replayed small moments of course. And the stuff I find is mainly due to passion + overanalyzing.

Wow that’s a lot ! Rosario must spend a third of his day caring for it (the second third of the day is making sure his outfits fit him just right and the last third is maximizing his evilness of course).

Now Ive had a scary thought, are pixies fertile ?

You got it! The idea was for both of them to have contrasting approaches to Sev, kind of like a “hot and cold” dynamic. Rosario would be the darker persona (like sexually assaulting her), while Floreta would be the lighter persona, trying to comfort her with aftercare, which would just confuse Sev even more. But honestly, I was really unsure if I could pull it off, since I only had one VN-writing experience under my belt. I kept wondering if I could properly portray such a delicate mental issue, so I kind of chickened out, haha. But I’m hoping Rosario’s current character can capture both their personalities in a similar way ^^

The therapist quitting right at the start of the session when Shyloh starts praising Sev is such a funny idea. Said therapist definitely wouldn’t be able to make a comment about Shyloh’s dependency on Sev without getting choked LOL

Also, it’s hilarious that you mentioned the méchoui because I was literally writing a line from Helios about how everyone’s just a sheep to him FSHGFJGHSJFGJSG His backstory might mess with the whole Regina George vibe, but I hope you still like it! It’s tied to Shyloh, in a way…

Oh, and some of the commenters, like you mentioned, really want to take out Adonis’s other eye— folks really want to make him completely blind, huh? XD

And Rosario just has other pixies tie up his hair— especially a certain short-haired pixie who’s really good with his hands. But yeah, Rosario would never let him near his clothes. He’d just pin them all up haha.

And about the pixies… I gotta admit, I left it kind of open-ended myself. I’m still toying with the idea of Shyloh and Sev maybe having a kid together someday in their good ending… who knows?

Well I’ll be honest I prefer the current characterization of Rosario. I think it’s better that this contradictory behavior really comes from himself and himself alone rather than two separate alters. Like, it makes him have a lot more responsibility about his acts and so, we can see that he truly is in control of what he does and especially, a great manipulator. You made the right choice and Sev’s going to need lots of therapy.

Oh, so Sev méchoui really is canon, after all Hélios did say that she’s nothing but a sheep during the Great Jumping™ (that bastard).

Cant blame the commenters, since Sev took his eye he’s probably out for revenge. It’s kill first or be killed !

Rosario really is a diva because what do you mean Merka’s doing his hair lmaooo. I’m afraid Sev’s going to be his personal maid in his route.

Cant comment anything about the amount of mentions of hands concerning Merka because I know it’s tied to his route and it would be a spoiler 🤫

So there are chances Shyloh might be a dad, ran straight to my Shyloh obsessed friend to tell her the news. If pixies are fertile then I hope Rosario’s using condoms ☠️

It looks like Sev’s endings just keep multiplying— we’ve got the Sev grass survival plan, Sev flambé /kebab/méchoui plan, and personal maid LOL

OMG, the shyloh-obsessed friend is going to be so spoiled with all the shyloh content I have planned, haha.

As for the fertility thing, it’s still open-ended, but if I make it canon, I can totally see Rosario just telling Merka to give him a vasectomy or something XDD
