Yeah we will be iterating on the current version to improve it :D.  There are at least two significant features that make things wonky.  One is that background scenes get treated as any other scene, meaning it will go bananas when NPC scenes are playing.  The other is scenes with multiple actors can send too many commands throwing it off sync.  We may add some way to toggle which actor to sync to.  

We definitely intend on adding feedback for the device during combat -- we will do this at the same time as we do standard control vibration functionality most likely :D.

That's awesome to hear. I just ordered myself a Solace Pro from the Black Friday sale. This will be the first thing I try with it. Looking forward to the changes. I now know that the original Solace might have been contributing a little bit to the problems considering its limited depth settings. Are the scenes going to take advantage of the Solace Pro's new advantages? Like the added precision?
