There will be pregnancy teasing in the next update as well as inflation faking pregnancy. Overall though I cannot see how pregnancy would work in quimbly. Maybe a little bit.
I hope the faking is progressive. It's one thing to fake an early bump, but quite another to be believable as more time passes.
Well it would be more late stage as the inflation date start when you inflate a girl to 100% compacity.
