Here’s a hint: on television, words like "Kilo, Bravo..." are said, and on every key of the phone, there are letters. The phone number consists of 8 digits, just like the words spoken on TV.

I hope I’ve been helpful.

What do the words mean then because I don't understand flip phone that well anymore

The words spoken on TV are in the NATO/ICAO phonetic alphabet. Each word is associated with a letter of the alphabet. For example: Alpha = A, Bravo = B... If you match these letters to the keys on a phone, you can find the number. For instance, if you hear the word "Papa," you should look for the letter P, which is on key 7. If there's anything else you're unclear about, don't hesitate to ask. Have a great day brother.

Im stuck on the part after you hear the part about the train

If you can't hear the words on the TV clearly, I'll write them here for you: Mike, Papa, Echo, Bravo, Kilo, India, Zulu, Tango. Use the initial of these words to find the number. Tango = T, you can find it on the phone key 8.
