The wolf bad ending only got added in full release and sheep and salamaner don't have one but are needed for two others.
There is one bad ending on the farm which requires to have done the sheep story first. Afterwards a new job will be at the guild if your reputation is high enough.
There is one bad ending in the endless desert which requires to have done the salamander and angel story first. Afterwards a angel gate can be used there.
