The fast way to get to sixty coins is to make the great hammer with a one-handed hammer mallet. This saves you 10 bucks every time, and they want Great Hammers a lot. Play normally other than that. Anyway once you get to sixty, have a max of buying only 3 ingots at a time. This means you will always have enough supplies (assuming you keep up with everything else (Handles and Guards) to build the next persons weapon. Most people on average give you 25 coins. But many people go over 30. But using that tactic you should quickly get over 100, and once that happens start making the actual Great Hammer mallets for the Great Hammers and start using fancy handles as well. They only cost 2-3 more than normal handles but they get you a TON of money. If you run out of ingots at the end of a day with over $100, just get like 6 ingots and whatever else you need, this will set you back to like 20 dollars, but since you have all your supplies, the next day will be nothing but gaining. Pro Tip: The donators and people who end their orders with "NOW!!!" will give a load of money the faster you do it. Occasionally, they will only give you like 5 gold, but that's uncommon.

So everything there might not be true, but it's what I noticed, so everything could have just been a coincidence for me.
