Hey man,

I recently stumbled upon Across the Land, and it really caught my attention! The concept seems so rich and immersive. I’d love to hear—what inspired you to create this game?

Are there any particular elements or mechanics you’re especially proud of? I’m always curious to know what developers feel most passionate about when building their projects.

Looking forward to hearing froml

Hey, So I wanted to create this game becuase I had played a game when I was younger where you have to cross all of these obstacles while fighting these ghosts and you had a blaster I forgot what the name was. But I remembered this game and I decided to recreate it in my own way, I exapanded the level with parkour to get to the boss bat which is just a enlarged bat lol. The only thing that I'm proud of is that the more games I send out to the public the more I GDscripting I learn which I'm always excited to learn more. Thanks for reaching out I always appreciate it!

- Also CVG studios always makes games free to the public because, I know if it's either good or bad. I just want people to be able to enjoy my games and not have to pull anything out of their wallets. Thanks again!

Wow, this is so interesting! Your time and effort really shine through in the great outcome.

What would you say are your main goals for the game—such as growing a player base, increasing engagement, or generating revenue? Have you encountered any challenges in reaching those goals so far?

The more I learn the more I add to my games, I most likely will update this game with possibly new levels and other things. I don't plan on generating revenue but if I do the most I'll ask for is donations not for anyone to pay for my games. I did have some trouble at first creating engaging characters and a immersive game. I do plan to add more to my games such as better graphics and story lines but for now I'm just learning along the way.

That's good to hear that.

How are you currently promoting the game or engaging with the community and what  are the audience reactions towards the game?
