Great game and a really interesting idea! I’m super impressed that you made all the art for the game, and everything runs so smoothly. I’d suggest looking into the new player experience. For example, you could lower the initial stamina and start with a smaller mine so players can quickly understand the gameplay loop. Perhaps make the first mine free, give them 10 stamina to clear a few blocks, and when their stamina runs out, let them buy a potion that permanently increases stamina slightly. Then, guide them by setting a clear goal, like earning 100g for the next mine, so they don’t feel lost.

Otherwise, it’s a great game! The story elements were a nice touch, and congratulations on finishing the bootcamp!

You're right, what you said about new player experience is something I can work on. As I had too many things to do at once in the project, it was already intense to put everything together.
In the future I'll definitely think about adding this beginning progression, I really like the idea.
My weakness has always been game design 💀 But this kind of feedback is valuable to let me know what's missing, thank you.
