Hi I have 7-zip and I have done it many times before but when I do right click I don't have the extract option. Do you know what the problem is?
That sounds really weird. I don't have a computer in front of me at the moment but we will look into it in the morning.
Maybe trying an alternate unpacking program can solve this issue in the meantime.
