It uses the same engine every Visual Novel uses, which is Ren'Py (Example of a game that uses this is DDLC), that's just an integrated feature but voice acting would be cool nonetheless (How would Ncrow get voice actors though...)
some certain someone called "Ladgy" as the voice actress would be cool~ •̀⩊•́
