This isn't an important comment, ignore that it's big, I have too many words inside my brain

This is nothing more than a fan comment to verbally adress how much I absolutely adore this game :,) I've been following it since some time after its initial release, one of the first things to immediately catch my attention as a recommendation and MAN am I joyous I decided to watch that one Youtube video that popped up

There's nothing much that I can say that hasn't been already repeated, but I do still want to say that it's absolutely wonderful. I love the graphics, the funny sounds characters make when talking, the overall gameplay and the (obviously not ever-expanding but nevertheless incredible for the game's length) worldbuilding and lore.

It's creators like you that give people like me inspiration to create because we see what passion and love for making games and such that brings forward such amazing outcomes <33

I hope you never forget that your game is awesome, don't ever feel pressured to update and keep going at your own pace, I am SO sorry for the Francis Mosses simps, and cheers!!

(P.S.: bit of an odd confession but due to living in a third world country, with parents who think that buying games will cause an addiction and being a teenager I usually pirate games so I could enjoy them. Other than Minecraft, this was the second ever game that I genuinely bought for my own commission money because I just loved it so much and wanted to sure what support I could, including this comment, lmaoo)
(P.P.S.: say hi to my dad who thinks that you're a friend from Discord, he thought that itch.io is an advertising site and that you personally knew me which is why I was buying your game. It's hard to explain buying games sometimes to a parent who can basically wear an eyepatch, a hook for a hand and a peg for a leg)

Hi! (And hi to your dad too haha) Thank you so much for the wholesome comment, it is a little bit hard for me and for artist in general to don't see our work as something that could it be better, I will always feel that I didn't do the enough for it or my game is not that great but besides that people like you make me remember why I love to make stuff and maybe I don't suck as I think at what I do haha.

Thank you so much!

I know how you feel :,) that constant nagging feeling that, lying under what you've actually put out, might just be a mess that you're blind to but others aren't. I don't know how other people think, but that's honestly not how I view That's Not My Neighbor, it's such a lovely game that thought of so many crooks and crannies(?) even fi they might seem simple LOL!!

Regardless of what projects you work on in the future, I hope there will always be someone that'll remind you that your work is awesome and IS worth the time and effort :D

Also, I'm a teenager and don't have much much experience in creating things (I generally do writing and art, no big projects like a whole game), but at least from what I've seen feeling like your game isn't good enough is that underlying sense of the things and ideas you might have had in the past, esp old concepts and ideas that  cling on and give a different vibe to the game than what it used to. This sometimes happens with me when I stare at my art for too long and regret not sticking to an original sketch, but you need to remember that your current outcome is the one that went all the way through, the one that stuck around the strongest, and that's amazing :DD

And you're welcome!! I hope TNMN (and Unlikely! I'm yet to play that game due to lack of time but I certainly will) continues to get the recognition it desrves :]
