If no animations show for attack then yes its most likely the files are corrupted or didnt install properly since i dont know what you play on.
Also for the color issue you should check if your drivers are outdated maybe.
I will try to uninstall and reinstall all of it if the issue persists I will attach a screen capture for you to see better and I’m using windows and i installed the windows option for it and everything on my computer should be up to date and meet the requirements for the game anyways as far as I know
